What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Interac, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

When will I be charged?

You will be charged when the order is filled.

Yes - they are in accordance with Shopify’s policies.

SHIPPING

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes free shipping is available on purchases of $100.00 CAD before taxes.

When will I receive my order?

We ship packages within 3 business days of receiving the order.
*UPDATE: Due to COVID-19, we are currently allowing 4-7 business days for processing due to circumstances and delays that are out of our control.
Once your order is shipped, you can check your tracking link.

How do I track my order?

A tracking link will be provided.

Can I send my order as a gift?

Yes you will choose the gift option at check out.

If my tracking says delivered, but I don't have it, how do I find my order?

Do you ship internationally?

No, we do not ship internationally at this time.

RETURNS - REFUNDS - EXCHANGES

What if I don’t like the products I ordered?

You can return it in perfect condition with tags attached for a full refund. Shipping is to be paid by the customer.

How do refunds work?

Product(s) should be returned in original condition with tags
attached. Once received your original method of payment will be refunded.

No, you can check out as either a guest or using an account.

You are out of a product. When will you be restocking?

Everyday items will be restocked. However our collections change with the seasons so it is best to get the item when it's available.
